DAY 1 –
SATURDAY, April ??
Transfers from Marco Polo International Airport
Check into the Best Western Hotel Bologna, Mestre, Italy
(or another accomodation, at your choice and added expense)
Circa 4:00pm - Meet at the Santa Lucia Train Station in Venice so we can get our photos and buy our Vaporetto Passes for the week. A pass is much cheaper than buying single fares each time we use boat transportation.

If you live in the USA you will probably be ready for bed after dinner. European travelers may not feel ready to retire so explore/party at your own (known) pace. Otherwise I encourage you to return to the hotel and relax/talk there rather than go out for a night on the town. Tomorrow's shoot will begin early to take advantage of the sunrise!
DAY 2 –
SUNDAY, April ??

Photo Walk back toward St. Marks (Wilbur)
Participants with a fair competency in street shooting may amble on their own.
Others may stick closer to a tour leader to get tips and guidance on their shooting.

You may be exhausted from the day's humidity and photographic activities. Many people who do not shoot daily in an active style will be surprised at their level of exhaustion. This evening you will come to realize, if you have not done so before, that engaged public photography is a physical sport! It will probably take another day for you to physically adjust to the rigors of our work

DAY 4 –
TUESDAY, April ??

Full Day on the island of Murano visiting glass workshops and artists (Donna & Ofilia)

Visit Davide Salvatore's Studio in Luigi Catalan's palazzo
Davide's glass work is incredible and the studio is in a house owned by glass artist Luigi Catalan whose family has been in the house for 500 years!

Evening free
Many of will have adjusted to our pace and now want to get out to enjoy a late night in Venice! Others may want to continue their photo work into the night of a fabulous city with low light levels. Just be ready for our departure at 9:00 to 9:30am in the morning!

Isola di San Michele is in the lagoon between Venice and Murano.

Roundtrip train to Treviso
While this city with its original medieval walls is the headquarters of Benetton, Sisley, Stefanel, Geox, Diadora, Lotto Sport Italia, De'Longhi, and Pinarello, none of this actually concerns us. We will go to photograph the great outdoor market, drink Prosecco on its home turf (as well eat lunch with radicchio salad, followed by tiramisù - two other local products.)
