Paying by Credit Card

You may pay for your purchases with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card by clicking on the Purchase button in those catalogues that we have set up for use with a secure system server. Due to the labor intensive nature of setting up this system for every item in our numerous catalogues, we have not yet completed a Purchase button for every item on the web site. You may email or telephone us if you would like to purchase an item and do not see the Purchase system set up.

Paying Using PayPal

You may pay also with your Credit Card using the third party system known as PayPal. To pay us thru this system click here on PayPal to get instructions. Make your payment to the order of info@coupdefoudre.com using PayPal's secure system. NOTE: You must join PayPal's system to use your credit card this way. It takes just a few minutes and in no way obligates you to any future mailings, payments, involvement with PayPal, etc. Thousands of vendors and collectors use this system so it will also come in handy for other purchases you might wish to make in the future.

To provide you with an additional layer of security, items purchased through PayPal are covered by their warrantees. In addition, you may note that among PayPal's financial backers are Sequoia Capital, Madison Dearborn Partners, Crédit Agricole, Deutsche Banc Alex Brown, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Development Bank of Singapore, Compass Partners, Qualcomm, Temasek Holdings, Sing Tel and a few other international financial institutions.

To ensure your security in all future PayPal transactions, whether for a purchase from us or from another vendor, we suggest the following:  if you are logging in to your PayPal account after clicking a PayPal link in an email or clicking on a PayPal logo on a third party site, make sure the URL appearing in your browser window begins with https://www.paypal.com (note the letter 's' added to http!) This assures you are really giving your information to PayPal and not to a dummy site built for illegal gain.

If you are buying from our web site you may wish to use our Order Form and/or Billing Form to make sure we have all your order and mailing information.

Paying by Bank Wire Transfer

If you wish to pay by a bank wire transfer please send us an email and we will forward instructions and bank routing numbers to your financial institution.

Paying by Check or Money Order

We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Such payment should be made to: Coup de Foudre LLC.

To pay by check or money order, simply select "pay by check" on our Billing Form and mail your payment to us at the address at the bottom of that page.

We accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Paying by check will delay the shipment of your order or delivery of your product until your check clears our bank. Paying by a check drawn on a U.S. bank may delay your order or product by as much as ten business days (unless you are known to us or, at our request, supply trade references.)

Paying by Purchase Order or Invoice

Some corporate and organizational customers take advantage of one of the following alternatives to the traditional Purchase Order (which we are not set up to utilize):

Pro Forma Invoice
After you make an order please send an e-mail message to info@CoupDeFoudre.com asking for a pro forma invoice. We will e-mail, fax or post the pro forma invoice to your accounting department for a company check or wire transfer to cover your order.

Deposit on Account
You may pre-pay orders by depositing a sum of money in a Coup de Foudre LLC account. Create an account by making your first order or sending a check for some mutually pre-determined sum and we will place the funds in an in-house account. As long as you access the same account, we will automatically draw on the available funds for your future orders and mark them as paid. Sorry, but we do not provide interest on your in-house account at this time.

Paying by Time Payments

For the convenience of those who cannot afford to pay the total amount of an intended purchase in one lump sum Coup de Foudre LLC does offer the option of Time Payments. We have done this successfully for twenty years and the continued offer of this program depends on buyers' faithful adherance to the mutual arrangements agreed upon.

Paying by Gift Certificate

Coup de Foudre LLC gift certificates can be ordered in any amount above $50.00 US. They can be delivered via either e-mail or postal mail anywhere in the world, and there are no shipping charges for sending them. You may have them personalized and sent directly to the recipient, or you may have them sent to yourself, for your own presentation.

Buying a Gift Certificate is easy:

1. Go to Gift Certificates in the left column on our Order Form page.
2. Click on the link Gift Certificates.
3. Fill out the order form and we will send you confirmation of your order.

Gift certificates are redeemable on purchases only. To redeem a gift certificate, just enter your gift certificate claim code number on the payment page of the Order Form. Gift Certificates have a 2-year expiration date and no cash value.

• If your gift certificate covers the cost of your order, we will place the balance in your gift certificate account.
• If your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be given the opportunity to pay for the balance, redeem another gift certificate, change your order or send additional payment.
• You may redeem more than one gift certificate for any purchase.

Lost your gift certificate claim code? No problem. You can always send us e-mail at info@coupdefoudre.com and we'll supply you with a new code.

• Gift certificates must be redeemed through our Web Site: https://coupdefoudre.com.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
• If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card, redeem another gift certificate, change your order or send additional payment
• No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged sales tax if shipped to addresses within the state of Maryland.
• Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire two years from the date of issue or on the earliest date permitted under applicable law, whichever occurs later. After the date of expiration, you will have 90 days to redeem your account balance, after which it will be subject to applicable state laws regarding escheat of unclaimed property.
